Tanglewood Attendants & Managers Schedule

Developed with Microsoft Excel, this schedule coordinated 22 lawn chair and wheelchair attendants, including myself, throughout the month of August at Tanglewood Music Festival. It ensured compliance with child labor laws and capped weekly hours at 40 per employee.

The schedule was distributed via Microsoft Outlook to attendants, assistant managers, and senior department staff to support clear internal communication.
