Centennial Celebration Event Program

Designed using Canva Pro, this event program was created for Berkshire Hills Country Club’s Centennial Celebration. The program included a biography of the guest speaker and an itinerary I developed in collaboration with the caterers, all five speakers, and the 100th Committee members. It also featured a donation section for the club’s 100th Initiative with an image and brief description of the clock the fundraiser supported. A program was placed at every attendee’s place setting.

In addition to writing and designing the program, I planned, oversaw, and executed the event. This included managing setup and teardown, coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service, directing speakers, decorating the ballroom, creating and assigning seating charts, and handling registration and donations. The event raised over $5,500 toward our fundraising goal.
