Madison Lotano

Hi, I'm Madison (Maddy) Lotano, a communications professional with a passion for creative work, making memorable moments, and bringing ideas to life. I graduated in 2023 from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies, a concentration in Public Relations, and a minor in Music Industry.
 
After graduation, I built my professional foundation as the Marketing and Development Intern at Caroga Lake Music Festival and participated in the highly competitive Disney College Program. I have since returned to my hometown of Dalton, Massachusetts, where I currently serve as the Member Relations and Events Manager at Berkshire Hills Country Club. In this role, I plan events, manage social media and website content, handle daily financial and administrative tasks, and oversee HR, communications, and member services.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me reading psychological thrillers, writing short stories, or planning my next adventure.
